Fête de la Branda - Pigs and Cheese
All sorts of wonderful food is for sale at Gorbio's Fete de la Branda. Here is meat and cheeses from an Italian who lives at La Gaude. Not sure the pig's head is for me though ...!

Coming originally from Wisconsin, I have a deep appreciation for good cheese. I KNOW I would love to try these!!
