one of the most beautiful towns on the French Riviera
The Old Town
belle composition cette photo, avec ce vélo et la vielle porte. j'aime l'atmosphère. beautiful composition this picture, with this bike and the old door. I like the atmosphere.
It simply oozes charm, Jilly. Renovation would destroy the ambience this creates.
a lovely neutral scene, I wouldn't change a thing. nice capture :-)
Gosh, there is not a lot of dirt or soil there for that poor jasmine to survive on. Paint would help for a year or so.
So pretty, so French...
Nope, don't let em touch those doors Jilly. It's perfect lilke it is. So French, so perfectly composed . The jasmine's curves. Love this one .
encore une personne qui préféré se promener en vélo plutôt que de prendre un pinceau
Charming scene. :)
So nice composition. I hope nobody never touch these walls and doors, they are just perfect "dans leur jus"!
I agree with Virginia -- no paint on this! IT's perfect the way it is. This is one of my favorite shots of yours.
You have a gifted eye for spotting and framing such an arrangement. Lovely.
Oh no, as it is, so charming. I know my romantic vision of France again even down to the bike. The symetry is nicely done.
i hope they don't paint it. And that tree is perfect, so much character.
Julie says it best, "It simply oozes with charm". you have a great eye Jilly.
You find the neatest things to photograph! You have a nice eye for composition.....
I think I'd hold on the painting for at least a few more years...at least that's how I keep justifying not painting the trim on my own house. Another charming photo of a charming town. Merci.
Wonderful photo with interesting and combined elements. Love the serpentine curve of the trunk of the tree/plant!
another awesome picture, and the bike just MAKES it! May I have your permission to do a painting of this shot?
This is indeed a charming shot. I'm not sure why we think so. If it were my place, I'd be getting it painted and those doors restored and would figure out how to give that Jasmine some room to grow. (Could you smell it's fragrance?) Just a lovely photo, Jilly, you have such an eye.
