The problem with taking photos is that you are then not looking to buy and when I got home I rather wished I'd bought one of these adorable bears...

Olivier, oui, des amis pour Amédée, sans vacances a New York!

How happy and lucky it would have been to come home with you.

This reminds me of the Velveteen Rabbit story ... real because he was loved.

The one on the right is absolutely adorable! What an expression! Nice rendition of this photo.

Just realised that this photo isn't a simple sepia tone but rather a desaturated colour effect - the armchair retains some blue tones while the bears are brownish - that works REALLY well!

Nathalie, it's an effect in Lightroom called Creative Aged Photo. However, it bleached the photo a bit too much and gave too much light to the dress of the bear on the left so I changed it around a bit, added more contrast and less exposure so it's a mix of an effect and me fiddling about!

Jilly,

This picture rivals my all time favorite of yours - the old man in the doorway of his workshop down on the port. This one is now a close second ..

Love the sepia and the chair these bears are seated on.

Brava, Jilly.
