Well, nice as they look on a picture, you'd better post a movie since all this is blinking vividly and the first thoughts that came to my mind: Menton wants to be Las Vegas?!?
This is indeed a very delicate display. I assume that it is a temporary installation for a special occation.
Boy from the Beach, I think they might be a little more discreet than those in Las Vegas!
And Dave - these are the Christmas/New Year lights. I've not been out for a few days but I suspect they might have been taken down on Monday. Holidays usually end after the first week of January.
