one of the most beautiful towns on the French Riviera
A crib in an oil drum? Don't you just love the imagination of the villagers? The last photo doesn't show the actual crib very well - but you get the idea...
Villages near to Menton: Roquebrune-cap-Martin
Original cet endroit pour mettre une crèche ;)
They are all wonderful in their own unique way, the creches that you have shown over the last ten days or so, Jilly. They are an officially sanctioned "walk" and over 150 of them all told. Just astonishing. Do you know when this tradition commenced?
People are so inventive.
This one's hilarious! You must be a 'hunter'. How do you track them all down?
What will they think of next? I'm sure you'll show us! HAV
I love this -- esp. the roof on the can. I want to try to make one too!
Crib in an oil drum? And why not! Lol!
How incredibly inventive! The Christmas bauble creche was one of my favourites, perhaps because your photo was so good!
Well ... Middle East, oil ...Strange one.
Unique creativity....( I don`t know if you can say that in English, and my French is not helping this moment)Anyway, I always look forward to see your photos and read your blog! Have a nice day in the SUN!:-)
All of these creches are unique in their own individual way. This may not be the most elegant, but it certainly is interesting!
