one of the most beautiful towns on the French Riviera
Perhaps it's just as well we don't have to suffer this contraption, girls, when we get our hair done.~~~~~Les filles,c'est peut-être mieux que nous n'ayons plus à souffrir sous cet appareil, lorsque nous nous faisons coiffer.
Oh my, that is a scary contraption.
It is rather creepy.
Wooo, this reminds me in some way of that plant in Little Shop of Horrors! On the other hand, I remember having my hair dried in a more modern, but less attractive, version.
Amazing piece ! I wonder how old this is, Jilly?
That looks scary indeed. What a capture, though, Jilly!!
It's a wonderful sort of functional art.
I guess they figured it should take a fancy hair dryer to make a fancy hairdo.
Terrific photo. Not a problem for me with short and thinning hair.
That is a more elegant design that any of the old ones I have seen in the US... I wonder if it could be rewired for a floor lamp...G
My goodness it loos like a claw.
Sometimes, when seeing old things, I'm feeling very happy to live HERE and NOW! :)
There are days, when you are happy not to be a lady, especially a lady some decades ago! :-)
