Clueless in Boston, well I'm not sure I have a good answer except I loved the relaxed pose of the feet and in the photograph, I liked the texture and detail of the stone. It was a toss up as to which was the main photo and perhaps I should have put them on in reverse?
Well worth enlarging to see the details AND the oranges - which all add up to a nice context for the relaxing, and substantial lady!. At first I thought perhaps she was making a phone call on the mobile.
The closeup of the feet is good...it brings the rest of the sculpture to a more present tense. You can almost feel them. And if you could, you'd know the rest of the person.
I prefer the feet picture, but I'm glad to watch the entire statue too, to have an idea. The close up is more original, something we don't expect. With branches, ground and tree, it's almost as if they were real covered with grey sand.

Great looking statue and title. I love the pose and angle you shot the second one. Why the close up of the feet?

bon choix de titre, et bonne idée juste le détail des pieds, cela rend très bien
I love the first picture -- great perspective.
C'est une nudité bien pudique!
Bon weekend, Jilly.
super cool shot! love that you focused in on the feet....really nice.
Bet she has trouble finding shoes that fit! The close up I like.

Two of my favourite things combined in one shot. Neat!

Great work!
Both photos are very nice. I am guessing she has name.
and a heart of stone
Great shots, both. Like the way you posted them too!
I like this 2-photo format.
So very often you wind up taking a bunch of photos, and it's hard to select just one. This solves the problem.

Oh, dear! What kind of mind do I have since I expected something quite different! I am, however, content with this image!
I do like this close up on the feet..
