Here we see an old and weathered lintel in a tiny back street. I wonder how many lives, how many generations, have passed through this doorway.

This is beautiful, the way the wood is cradled by the masonry.
What an amazing find! The "flow" of the wood enclosed in the stone-work is beautiful.
