The first image is absolutely perfect. I really like the sound of the name in French La Ronde des Plages. Nice event and potential source of very good photos...
That top photo is the living image of fitness! I wish I had those legs!
I enjoyed your rotten oranges photo (I like it when people show the not so glamourous side of things). Who was the painter who always showed rotting fruit?
And as for your "old man, old wall" photo, no doubt for me that it should remain in colour. It seems to me it loses some of its power in b&w.

The top photo is a good one. Ten kilometres down at the beach on a summer's day sounds like a dream.
Participating allows to get a perfect tan, on the top of that !
All three photos demonstrate the activity very well. The point of view of the first makes it an outstanding capture.
I agree. These are excellent shots. You get right to the most important feature, the feet. That first shot is a perfect portrait of 'the runner,' everything tight and ready to spring.
