La Ronde des Plages - the Running Shoes
We're almost at the end of our 10 kilometre run around the beaches. Today, a tribute to the running shoes and those tired feet inside them.
And the rose? All the lady runners were given a rose at the end of the run.

Somehow you've managed to convey the weariness of those feet and legs.
Ah, but those varicose veins are a joy to see, too. In a recent theme day, Jilly, I was criticised for showing someone with crows feet. Join me in admiring the beauty of that which is normally disdained!!
HA! Love the sneakers...oh I mean "running shoes". If I weren't so vain I would have worn mine all over Paris and been better off for it. Alas, I caved to some sort of "pretty" shoes and suffered!!!! I'll never learn.
