Promenade le Corbusier - the Runners

And of course many people - and their dogs - like to run or walk fast. If you are on an amble, you have to get out of the way of the runners as this coastal path is narrow in places.

Et évidemment, il y a beaucoup de gens - accompagnés de leurs chiens - qui aiment courir ou marcher vite. Si vous allez d'un pas tranquille, vous devez céder le passage aux coureurs car ce chemin côtier est étroit à certains endroits.

  3. Nathalie, there are lots of those fences - they are the boundaries of the grand villas of Cap Martin and there is much argument and discussion about them!

  6. To be able to walk - or run - around Cap Martin like this, that's really something! I didn't know it was possible! It would be easy to get some incitement for some good exercise! :-)

  8. Elizabeth. Can't remember how many miles but they reckon the whole walk takes 2 hours each way but that's optimistic I'd say. There are steps up and down in places and v steep. Lots of benches to sit on tho.
